Methodology
Note: Screens only for the following drug classes: amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolites, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine, oxycodone, fentanyl and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC-marijuana).
Specimen Requirements
5 mL from a random urine collection, minimum volume of 2 mL. Forward promptly.
Note: Follow instructions in “Urine Collection—Huntsville Hospital Health System Laboratory” in “Special Instructions.”
