Methodology
Note: Immunofixation electrophoresis will be performed at an additional charge if cryoglobulin is positive.
Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s). Transport immediately to
the laboratory. Allow specimen to clot at 37° C. Do not
refrigerate.
Note: Specimen must be kept warm until arrival in
laboratory.
