Methodology
Note: Immunofixation electrophoresis will be performed at an additional charge if cryofibrinogen is positive.
Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s). Transport immediately to the laboratory at ambient temperature only. Do not refrigerate.
Note: Specimen must be kept warm until arrival in laboratory.
